After many frustrating attempts to get a reasonable quote for pressure washing (so many outrageous bids!), Cody was great to work with — professional, fairly priced, and reliable. He pressure washed our house and large deck, cleaned out the gutters, and even found a few leaks around windows and doors ;). Because of rain in the forecast, we had to wait before applying the stain/sealant to the deck, but Cody stayed on top of it — monitoring the weather and coming back out as soon as conditions were right.
